AILA has once again confirmed that there is a wide trend by the USCIS to reject I485 AOS petitions for Derivative applicants. ALIA is actively monitoring this situation and providing updates and guidance as they receive and formulate their plan of action. As more updates come forward we at IKS ESQ will ensure that we apply the newest information and guidance to better serve our clients.
