USCIS has finally announced after much speculation the date of the Premium processing fee increase. Our team and IKS has been anticipating this changed ever since it was first announced.
While it is disappointing that the fee increase is announced mere days before it is to be implemented, it is an unsurprising move given that state of flux the USCIS is in right now.
Premium processing fees with rise to $2500.00 from $1440.00. These fees apply for many of our most common cases that this Firm processes.
