The visa bulletin for October 2022 has been released. Unfortunately we have seen a 2 year retrogression in the priority dates for Two key Categories. EB2 and EB5 Priority dates for Indian Nationals has been retrogressed by 2 years or more. What this will mean for our clients and how it will affect current petitions in process with the USCIS will be examined in further detail in a future Blog post on our website.
