Some more wonderful and appreciated news has come out of the Biden Administration. In an unsurprising, buit welcomed move, President Biden has begun a Partial Revocation of the Trump Era Immigrant Visa Ban. The Trump Era Proclamation 10014, which prevented the entry of immigrants, has been partially revoked to allow many excluded classes of individuals entry and visas into the United states. However, the Biden Administration has not taken actions to revoke the entry ban on nonimmigrant temporary workers . This small change is a welcomed one and we will remain vigilant for additional revocations in the coming months of this new administration.
