In an amazing turn of events, the October 2nd 2020 USCIS Fee increases have been halted by a federal court injunction. We at IKS ESQ LLC have been monitoring this situation for some time and this last-minute change has been nothing short of a surprise.

For many of our clients this will be welcomed news. The full scope of this injunction is still not yet known, but our team will remain vigilant and monitor any updates and guidance on the ramifications of this event and how it will affect our clients.
