In a lengthy email chain with the USCIS, Our office can confirm that RFE Notices for Premium Processing Petitions are no longer expedited via fax message for the foreseeable future.
This was confirmed to us by the USCIS and is due to the COVID 19 Restrictions placed upon the agency. RFE Notices will be issued out as per normal guidelines and should be received by our offices within 1-2 weeks. While this delay is minimal, it still represents a shift in procedure due to COVID.
Our Office will Monitor for more changes akin to this RFE Delay and will update our blog accordingly.
